Free Shuttle Service

The Flatley Company contracts with J.I.T. Coach to provide complimentary shuttle service to and from Braintree Hill Office Park and Quincy Adams T Station, Monday thru Friday.

Times are approximate, typically the shuttle will arrive at the front of the buildings in 20 – 25 minute intervals in the morning & 30 – 35 minute intervals in the afternoon.

First morning shuttle departs Quincy Adams T Station & stops at the passengers’ buildings and returns to Quincy Adams T Station for continuous service between T Station and BHOP.

First afternoon shuttle departs BHOP for Quincy Adams T Station for continuous service between BHOP & T Station.

Last shuttle pick-up begins at BHOP.


The shuttle runs between the Quincy Adams T Station and the following properties:

  • 15 BHOP

  • 25 BHOP

  • 30 BHOP

  • 35 BHOP

  • 45 BHOP

  • 50 BHOP

The shuttle is not in service on weekends or major holidays.

    Please note the following.

    The conference rooms in building 50 are only available for rent to current BHOP Tenants

    No fee if notified of cancellation more than 30 days prior to reservation date.

    A fee equal to 1/2 the rate is charged if reservation cancelled 7-30 days prior and full rate if less than 7 days.

    Conference rooms may be booked no more than three months in advanced

    Conference rooms also available for rent in Highland March, Suite 200 in Building 25.

  • The BFit Fitness Center is located in the lower level of Building 25 and is operated by Flatley Management Company, LLC.

    Includes

    - Wide range of modern cardio and weight equipment.

    - Locker rooms and showers.

    - Membership is $30/month.

    - Locker Rental is $5/month.

    Credit Card or ACH are accepted as payment.
    Corporate rates are offered.

  • Overnight Parking

    Tenants who need to leave their vehicle parked overnight in BHOP must complete the Overnight Parking form and e-mail it to Al Pettinelli at apettinelli@flatleyco.com prior to leaving their vehicle. Please feel free to contact us with questions at 781-848-2003.

    Flatley Management Company, LLC will not be responsible for any vehicles left overnight.

    Winter Parking

    During snow storms all overnight parking of vehicles is prohibited at Braintree Hill Office Park.

    Company vehicles which cannot be relocated off site during the snow removal process, will be assigned to a designated parking location. Please complete the Company Vehicle Registration form and e-mail it to Al Pettinelli at apettinelli@flatleyco.com. A representative from our operations team will contact you to review your snow removal parking assignment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at 781-848-2003.

    Flatley Management Company, LLC will not be responsible for any vehicles left overnight which may be damaged, removed from the site or are inaccessible due to the snow removal process.
